Refund policy
Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date it ships from our facility to initiate the return. If you contact us after 30 days you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Only Items purchased online (from our online store or our main website) are eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be minimally used and in the same condition that you received it and returned in the original packaging.
Only items that are defective, or damaged where they no longer function within our published specifications are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Start the Process
To start the process email us at: store@testresources.com , Include the following:
- Reason for return or exchange
- Order number
- Name, email and phone of main contact
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. And you will be given an RMA number

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Or if you requested an exchange we will let you know the timing for shipment of the replacement product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
