The G7-1 self-tightening eccentric roller grip utilizes a spring-loaded, cam-operated roller mechanism engineered to prevent sample slippage during tensile testing of elastomeric coupons, thin films, and flexible tubing.

Expert Engineering Note

Spring-loaded initial clamping allows effortless, rapid specimen insertion. As tensile force increases, the eccentric roller rotates to wedge the sample firmly against the backplate, completely eliminating grip slip. Standard Af159 female socket adapter (5/8"). Accommodates specimens up to 50 mm wide.
